David stands out as one of the few Graduate Master Builders in San Antonio, proudly certified by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB). He serves as a Life Director of the Texas Association of Builders, and has previously held the position of president for the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA), staying actively involved in both organizations.

In 2007, he received the prestigious Campbell's Lifetime Achievement Award, has earned numerous accolades at the Parade of Homes, and has been honored twice as Builder of the Year. David also has a history as past Chairman of the Greater San Antonio Education Foundation, which provides scholarships for students at both UTSA and St. Phillips College.

Jerry is a legacy in building with over 40 Years of excellence and numerous Honors. As a third-generation builder, Jerry has accomplished remarkable feats, including being elected President of the Young Builders' Club in his mid-20s, leading GSABA as President in 2002, and earning the title of 2005 GSABA Builder of the Year. In 2014, he received the prestigious Campbell Lifetime Achievement Award from GSABA.

Jerry is also a life member of the Texas Association of Builders and has previously served as President of the Homeowners Warranty Council of Greater South Texas. The City of San Antonio recognized his expertise by appointing him to three consecutive terms on the Plumbing Appeals and Advisory Board. Additionally, he dedicated 11 years of service on the City of San Antonio's Building and Fire Board of Appeals.

With over 20 years of administrative and project management experience in remodeling and new‑home construction, she serves as a key liaison for DAH Builders, coordinating communication among lenders, vendors, contractors, and homebuyers.

Her strong organizational skills and operational insight support executives, guide departmental planning, and ensure efficient processes. Known for her leadership and mentoring abilities, she helps teams stay aligned, productive, and committed to delivering high‑quality results.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality custom homes, Sam brings deep industry expertise, leadership, and craftsmanship to every project. As Construction Manager and Partner, Sam is known for his meticulous attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and ability to guide complex builds from concept to completion with precision and care.

Sam’s dedication to superior construction standards and team leadership was recognized by the Greater San Antonio Builders Association, which honored him with the 2013 Summit Award for Construction Superintendent of the Year. This distinction reflects not only his technical skill but also his passion for delivering exceptional results and lasting value for homeowners.

Eric is a skilled Construction Supervisor with 7 years of experience in custom home building. Known for his hands-on approach and strong on-site leadership, Eric plays a key role in ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

With a deep understanding of the custom home building process, Eric excels at coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and upholding attention to detail from start to finish. His commitment to clear communication and problem-solving helps keep projects running smoothly while delivering homes that reflect both precision and pride in workmanship.
